Michaelmas Investment Club Winner Announced

“Congratulations to Fabian B in Year 12, who has been named the winner of the Michaelmas Term Investment Club after achieving an outstanding 14.9 percent growth in his portfolio since September. With global markets proving particularly volatile over the past few months, this return is especially impressive.

The Investment Club aims to develop students’ understanding of investing through online paper trading. This approach allows participants to experience real-world market conditions while avoiding any financial risk.

The student who grows their portfolio by the greatest amount is awarded a box of Swiss chocolates. The Investment Club will run again in the Lent term and will take place on Tuesdays after school.”
