Senior School Vacancies
Rossall is a wonderfully enriching Senior School environment. Each phase is carefully structured to nurture independence, social interaction and a healthy and active approach to learning.
A Sixth Form education at Rossall is designed to stimulate and challenge in equal measure – we want our sixth formers to be intellectually curious, to be able to articulate and defend their opinions. At sixth form level, Rossall offers the traditional A Level route and the International Baccalaureate Diploma.

The Sports & PE Department are seeking active and interested graduates or university students in their placement year to join the department at this exciting time for sport at Rossall.
Graduate Assistants live on-site in the shared staff accommodation, as this allows them to become fully involved in school life and take every opportunity available during their time at Rossall.

Nursery, Pre-Prep and Prep School Vacancies
The Rossall Nursery, Pre-Prep and Prep schools are close to our Senior School and are part of the wonderful, historical campus overlooking the coastline.
There is no shortage of technology and the pupils have access to the top quality facilities of the Senior School.
Beyond the extensive sports facilities, pool and theatre there is a nature conservation area and a space science and astronomy centre.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our happy and productive Nursery on an ad hoc basis.
We can offer shifts that suit your availability, making it ideal alongside study or other roles. This is a flexible, ad hoc position to provide cover for staff absence.
An Early Years qualification at Level 2 or Level 3 is desirable but not essential.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our happy and productive Nursery. The role is part time; applications will be considered for either 4.5 days or as one of two posts (17 hours and 22 hours respectively).
The purpose of the role is to ensure that every child has the best possible start in life and support to fulfil their potential. We provide a secure and safe environment in which children are able to make the most of their abilities and talents as they grow up.

Non-Teaching Vacancies
Non-teaching staff make-up 58% of the staff at Rossall School and play a vital role in the School’s success.
Non-teaching staff provide essential services for the whole school, ranging from day-to-day office support to financial and business management.
Onsite support staff include caretakers, people responsible for recruitment and marketing, cleaners, caterers, ground staff and many more.

The Lifeguard role requires a proactive, professional and safety focussed individual who is committed to maintaining exceptional standrads whilst supporting the continued development of Rossall Swimming Pool.
Working hours will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and school holidays to support both school and community programmes.

As Duty Manager you will be the key point of contact during operational hours, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sports centre and swimming pool. You’ll lead by example, supervising staff, supporting customers, and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service.
The role includes weekend working, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays as non working days.

Summer School Vacancies
Rossall Summer School is an intensive language programme combined with general activities, specialised skills, and cultural experiences.
The Summer School is designed to appeal to children aged 11-17 from all over the world, running throughout the 8 weeks of the Rossall School summer holidays. We encourage a minimum two-week stay for all pupils.
