Rossall Dance Academy Welcomes Preston College for an Inspiring Day of Dance

“At Rossall Dance Academy, we are committed to providing exceptional training and meaningful industry experiences for our dancers. On Tuesday 3rd March, we were delighted to welcome professional dance teachers from Preston College to Rossall School for an inspiring two hour workshop.

Led by experienced teachers from Preston College, the session gave our students the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and gain fresh insight into different styles and techniques. The workshop featured both a dynamic commercial class and a beautifully expressive lyrical class, each designed to challenge versatility, musicality and performance quality.

The choreography was outstanding and demanded both technical precision and emotional connection. Our dancers embraced the challenge wholeheartedly, pushing themselves beyond their comfort zones and demonstrating real commitment to their development. It was inspiring to witness the focus, resilience and passion that filled the studio throughout the afternoon.

Opportunities like this are central to the vision of Rossall Dance Academy. By welcoming visiting professionals into our studios, we ensure our students benefit from a breadth of experience that strengthens their confidence and prepares them for the next stage of their training. These collaborations enrich not only technical ability but also artistic maturity.

We are incredibly proud of every student who took part and represented Rossall with such professionalism and enthusiasm. A heartfelt thank you to the dance teachers from Preston College for sharing your expertise and energy with us. We look forward to future collaborations as we continue to nurture the next generation of performers at Rossall Dance Academy.”
