“At Rossall, our Piano Academy students are given opportunities that truly set them apart. This term, we were privileged to welcome the world renowned pianist Noriko Ogawa from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama for an unforgettable visit.

Noriko delivered an inspiring masterclass exclusively for our Piano Academy students, working closely with them in a series of one to one sessions. These personal moments are where the magic really happens. Our students not only performed for an internationally celebrated artist, but also received detailed guidance, encouragement and insight drawn from years of experience on the world stage. The chance to refine technique, interpretation and musical storytelling with a musician of such calibre is extraordinary.

In the evening, Noriko performed a magnificent recital to a full house. For our students, it was deeply motivating to witness her artistry first hand, seeing the same passion and discipline they nurture each day brought to life in performance.
