Speaking about joining Rossall, George said:
“I’m incredibly proud to be joining Rossall School and becoming part of such an ambitious football programme. Throughout my career, I’ve been consistently exposed to elite environments. I’ve been fortunate to play at the highest levels of the game and learn from some exceptional coaches and managers. Those experiences have shaped my approach to coaching, and I’m passionate about passing that knowledge on to the next generation. My aim is to create an environment where every player is challenged, supported and inspired to reach their full potential, not only as footballers, but as confident, resilient young people. I’m excited to work alongside the staff and students at Rossall and help contribute to the continued success of the programme.”
