Rossall Takes Centre Stage with Its First Ever Day of Dance
On Friday 19 June, from 8.30am to 4.30pm, we are delighted to host our very first Day of Dance at Rossall.
This exciting event will bring together students from our Dance Academy and GCSE Dance programme, alongside dancers from several local schools, for a full day of immersive workshops led by industry professionals. Throughout the day, students will have the opportunity to explore a variety of dance styles and disciplines, including lyrical, commercial, musical theatre, and strength and conditioning.
Designed to inspire, challenge, and develop young performers, the event will provide valuable insight into the professional dance industry while enhancing technical ability, creativity, and performance skills. It will also offer a valuable opportunity for students to collaborate with peers from other schools and share their passion for dance.
We are delighted to welcome our guest practitioners and participants to Rossall for what promises to be an inspiring and enriching day. We look forward to seeing our students embrace new challenges, build their confidence, and continue to grow as performers.
We cannot wait to see the lasting impact this opportunity will have on our dancers as we continue to strengthen and develop the Dance Academy at Rossall.
