Pastoral Care & Wellbeing

Introduction

Your child’s wellbeing is central to their academic and creative growth. Safeguarding and pastoral care is therefore at the heart of all we do. Every pupil at Rossall has a Form Tutor, Head of Year and Houseparent who work collaboratively to oversee each child’s academic, moral and pastoral progress. Working in collaboration with our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL), Director of Wellbeing, Mental Health Nurse and Head of Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSHE), our staff and pupils receive ongoing training and education to identify safeguarding and wellbeing concerns in the immediate and wider school community.
