175th Anniversary Ball

Rossall’s 175th Anniversary Ball will take place at School on Friday 31st May 2019. The evening will commence with a Drinks Reception in Big School, followed by Dinner and Dancing in Dining Hall; there will be live entertainment (to be announced), an auction and a silent auction.

Rossall School was founded in 1844 and alumni include England Rugby Union Captain Peter Winterbottom, conductor and founder of numerous orchestras Sir Thomas Beecham, racing driver Brian Redman and two WW1 soldiers awarded with the Victoria Cross, George Henderson and Brigadier George Rowland Patrick Roupell. The event will be a celebration of all the School’s successes and developments over the last 175 years as well as being a hugely important fundraising event. The new Rossall School Sport’s Centre is all set to open September 2019 and the Rossall Foundation having successfully raised £200,000 have now committed to raising a further £300,000 by September 2019.

Tickets for the ball cost £175 for two people or £875 for a table of 10.
