Looking after the well-being of the pupils in our care is of the highest importance – we want our pupils to be healthy and balanced individuals physically spiritually and emotionally.
Our pastoral support is therefore an integral part of our routines, systems and everyday life – at times in a very obvious way and at other times, in a very subtle or discrete way.
Central to a Rossall education is the relationship that is built between the pupils and the teaching staff.
The House System sits at the heart of our tutorial structure at Rossall and becomes a very important element of school life in terms of community, identity, pastoral and academic support.
Often pupils need to talk about what may be on their mind with a teacher, tutor, houseparent or trusted adult, but sometimes it is easier to speak to their peers.
