Exam results and university destinations
Rossall students achieved excellent exam results at GCSE, A Level and in their International Baccalaureate qualifications in 2017.
At GCSE level, 95% of Rossall students gained 5 A*-C grades including Maths and English – our best results at A*-C since 2010.
Rossall’s A Level students secured outstanding results, beating the national average for the number of top grades achieved. Rossall also secured a 100% pass rate in a number of key subjects including English, Computing, Chemistry and Geography.
Rossall student, Olive Hockings was awarded two A* grades and one A, and now plans to read History at the University of Manchester.
University destinations for students leaving Rossall in summer 2017 included King’s College London, Edinburgh and Manchester.
